care instructions?

all jewelry is made with lots of love and care so please be mindful as some pieces are delicate. to keep your jewelry in long-lasting condition, avoid contact with any moisture, remove it when in the shower, wash your hands, etc. 

how fast is shipping?

please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be shipped as all jewelry is handmade and made to order by myself:)

I am based in California and hand stamp, bead, design, and package every piece with love and care! at the moment I am only shipping within the US.

how did Jemsbychloe start?

my name is Chloe and started JBC back in 2021 when I was 14 years old! I am currently 16 years old and found my love of making jewelry during the pandemic. being isolated at home, attending school online, and away from friends, I found myself with a lot of free time and came across the idea of starting my own business. In the past before the pandemic, I had a slime business that played a big role in expanding my creativity to making jewelry! I had so many designs and ideas of jewelry to make that I then started making them for my friends and family. eventually, this small idea came to life, and I opened an Etsy shop on January 1st, 2021. since then my small business has continued to grow tremendously and I am so grateful for everyone who has supported me and my journey! I am so excited to share with you all the new jewelry I've been working on and I hope you love it <3
